How we handle your information

Red Wagon Rentals, a division of ArtisTech Endeavors, Inc. runs this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, and who sees it.

What we collect automatically

We measure how our website is used with our own software, hosted on our own server. No outside analytics company receives this information. When you visit, we record:

• The pages you view, the order you view them in, how long you stay, how far you scroll, which sections you read, and what you click
• The site or link that brought you here
• Your IP address, and the approximate location and network provider we can work out from it
• Your device, browser, screen size, language and time zone
• A cookie that recognizes your browser on later visits
• A device fingerprint, which is a value calculated from your browser and device characteristics that can recognize your device even if cookies are cleared

What you give us

• Messages: your name, email, phone number and whatever you write to us
• Accounts and bookings: your contact details, address, rental dates, signed rental agreements and booking history
• Renter verification: images of your driver's license and proof of insurance, plus the details on them such as your name, date of birth and license expiry
• Payments: card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Connecting your visits to you

When you send us a message, create an account, sign in or make a booking, we may connect that information to your past and future visits. This means we can see the pages you viewed alongside your name and contact details.

How we use it

• To provide rentals, take payments, verify renters and contact you about your booking
• To answer your questions
• To understand how people use our site and improve it
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet legal obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the business, and only as needed for that work: Booqable (rental management), Stripe (payments), Google (email) and our hosting provider. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our trailers, our customers or our business.

How long we keep it

Website usage information may be kept indefinitely. Rental and payment records are kept for as long as we need them for the business and for legal and tax purposes. Images of your license and insurance are deleted automatically after your rental ends, normally within 30 days. We keep a record that you were verified.

Your choices

You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though this does not stop device fingerprinting. Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. To ask about the information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, contact us below. Some records must be kept by law.

Children

This site is for adults. You must be at least 21 to rent, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
