We're launching with high-quality trailers from Diamond C and EZ-Hauler, and have more coming soon. Our initial focus with the dump trailers is to accommodate folks who have more standard-duty trucks like Ford F-150s and Chevy/GMC/Ram 1500s. For example, our single-axle dump can be hauled by a Toyota Tacoma or similar. The 24' gravity tilt requires 3/4 ton truck or larger and is aimed at equipment or vehicle transportation and recovery. The 18' Enclosed Aluminum V-Nose trailer is a snowmobile trailer by design with the front and rear loading ramps. It's lightweight and can be used for hauling ATVs, Snowmobiles, UTVs, and more. Coming soon is a single 6k axle PSA utility trailer from Diamond C — great for ATVs/UTVs, lawn equipment, building materials and more.

Our trailers are different shapes and sizes and each have different rates. Feel free to browse the different offerings and view our pricing for each one, respectively. We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates.

You need to be at least 21 years old, have a capable vehicle with proof of insurance and a valid drivers license. Let us know what you plan to be hauling and tell us about the vehicle you plan to haul with. Does it have a hitch receiver? A brake controller? Ask ahead if you need something, we often have hitches and balls for 2", 2.5" and 3" receivers. We also generally have an assortment of straps, chains, binders and more.

Need to cancel? No problem!

• No charge if you cancel 2 weeks or more before your reservation starts.
• Anything less than 2 weeks but MORE than 48 hours will incur a nominal administrative fee of $30.
• Between 24 and 48 hours will receive a 50% refund.
• Reservations canceled 24 hours or less from the start date/time are not eligible for refund.

You can generally pick up your trailer 30 minutes before your reservation start time. If we're not delivering to you directly, you can pick it up at the address listed below. We'll be ready!

Yes! We offer drop-off and pick-up service. Because we are not currently offering waste removal/hauling service, the trailer must be empty and broom-clean at time of pickup. Please contact us with the particulars including desired drop-off time/location, and pickup time/location, and we'll provide a quote.

Yes! We have many common accessories needed when hauling a trailer including different sized hitches, chains, binders, straps, recovery equipment and more. Let us know what you need. These are available first-come, first-serve. Some of our trailers have built-in winches. All of our trailers come with a spare tire and the appropriate tire-changing tools, 'just in case'. They also come with a 50' extension cord for charging the built-in batteries when applicable (for winches, dumps, etc.).

Every Red Wagon Rentals trailer is equipped with GPS tracking to help protect our equipment and support our customers. If you experience a breakdown or need assistance during your rental, GPS can help us locate the trailer and coordinate help. It also assists with recovery if a trailer is stolen or not returned as agreed.

We respect your privacy. We do not sell GPS location data or share it for advertising or marketing. Tracking information is processed through our GPS service provider. Beyond that service, we only disclose location information to coordinate assistance at your request, recover our trailer, or comply with legal requirements. If you need help during your rental, please contact us directly. GPS equipment must remain connected and undisturbed throughout your rental. GPS tracking is part of your rental and is described in our rental agreement.

It depends on the trailer and how your tow vehicle is registered. In Oregon, some of our heavier trailers require a tow vehicle registered for the appropriate weight. If your truck has standard passenger registration, you may need a temporary Registration Weight Trip Permit, currently $5 for 10 days.
